Avoid discolouration
Brush or vacuum it to prevent a build-up of dirt and grime that causes discolouration.
Damp, not wet
Use the recommended amount of floor cleaner and water as per the product instruction, be careful not to don’t put too much fluid on it, excess water can cause swelling on wooden flooring.
Damage Control
Be careful not to damage the surface area by dragging heavy pieces of furniture across it. Use felt protector pads on the feet of furniture to reduce damage.
High heels off
Avoid wearing high heels on surfaces to minimise any indentations.
Sun Exposure
The colour of wood flooring can change when it is exposed to sunlight, so avoid placing rugs on floors in front of windows. |
